Dry Ingredients
1.25 cup All Purpose-Flour (Sieved)
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1.25tsp Salt
0.5 cup Light Brown Sugar
0.25 cup Caster Sugar
0.25 cup Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients
0.25 cup Corn Oil
50g Water
2g Vanilla Bean Paste
Steps
1. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Fold the ingredients until well combined.
3. Portion out 10g/cookie.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at 175°C / until golden brown.
