240g Oat Milk
1 cup Dark Chocolate Droplets
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/4 cup Plant-based Butter (Melted)
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cake Flour
Mix the chocolate droplets, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and melted plant-based butter.
Whisk the Hegg Eggless Egg, oat milk, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and salt at medium speed for 10 minutes.
Mix the chocolate mixture and the Hegg mixture.
Sieve a cup of cake flour and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Pour the mixture into a pan. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve while hot!
