Ingredients

10g Hegg's Eggless Egg 

40g Water

0.5g Vegetarian Stock

0.4g Salt

8g Pickled Radish

50g Carrot Cake

Spring Onion (For garnish)

 

Steps

1. Fry the pickled radish and carrot cake till soft and season with salt

2. Mix Hegg, water and vegetarian stock

3. Pour in Hegg mixture into the pan with fried carrot cake and pickled radish

4. Stir fry and allow the Hegg to brown slightly and dry up slightly

5. Garnish with spring onion and serve
