Eggless Crepes

 

Serving size: 8 5-inch crepes

 

Ingredients

 

10g Hegg Powder

125g All Purpose Flour

100g Water

161g Oat Milk

0.25g Salt

15g Nuttalex (Melted)

  

Steps

 

1. In a bowl, measure out all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Pass batter through a sieve to prevent lumps.

3. Grease pan with oil spray and spoon half ladle of batter into the pan.

4. Cook until one side is golden brown, flip, and cook the other side till golden brown.

5. Serve with your fillings of choice. (We love the combination of vegan mayo, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and avocados)
