Ingredients

10g Hegg Powder

40g Water

10g Oil

20g White Onion (Diced)

6g Vegetarian Stock Concentrate

40g Frozen Vegetable Mix

150g White Jasmine Rice (Cooked)

5g Light Soy Sauce

1g Salt

  

Steps

1. Reconstitute Hegg by combining Hegg powder with water and vegetarian stock concentrate, ensure that it is well mixed.

2. Heat pan with oil.

3. Sauté sliced white onion and vegetable mix till translucent, season with salt and light soy sauce.

4. Add in cooked jasmine rice and Hegg mixture.

5. Stir fry till lightly golden brown.

6. Serve!
