Hegg Blueberry Muffins

Serving size: 6 medium-sized muffins


140g All purpose flour

75g Caster sugar

32g Vegetable oil

6g Baking powder

2g Vanilla essence

0.75g Salt

100g Oat Milk

50g Blueberries

Hegg Mixture

5g Hegg's Eggless Egg

20g Water




1. Create Hegg Mixture: Mix Hegg powder with water.

2. Add in vegetable oil, oat milk and vanilla essence. Mix well. Add in flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix till uniformed.

3. Add in blueberries and fold into batter.

4. Pour into cupcake liners until 3/4 full. Bake at 190°c for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
