Hegg Omelette

10g Hegg's Eggless Egg

40g Water

10g Oil

30g Sliced White Onion (Optional)

2g Vegetarian Stock Concentrate

A pinch of salt



1. Reconstitute Hegg by combining Hegg powder with water and vegetarian stock concentrate, ensure that it is well mixed

2. Heat frying pan with oil

3. Sauté sliced white onion till translucent and season with salt

4. Add in Hegg mixture. Do not stir/touch the mixture.

5. Pan fry till one side is golden brown, flip and pan fry the other side till golden brown

6. Serve!
