Hegg Tofu Hamburg

Ingredients 

10g Oil
140g Onion (Small Diced)
40g Shiitake Mushroom (Small Diced)
530g Firm Tofu (Crumble)
20g Panko
10g Hegg's Eggless Egg
70g Soya milk
0.5g Nutmeg Powder
0.2g Smoked Paprika Powder
1g Black Pepper Powder
2g Sea Salt
10g Worcestershire Sauce
20g Vegetarian Concentrate
 

  

Steps 

1. In a pan, sweat oil, onion and shiitake mushroom together till softened. Set aside to cool.


2. After the onion mixture cools down, combine all the other ingredients together, mix well.


3. Portion into 60g patties, shallow fry till brown on a pan.
